CryptoCats: Less Greedy and Older Edition

Well it happened again. Same as with Etheria v1.1 I was approached by someone who had discovered that the CryptoCats(https://cryptocats.thetwentysix.io/#cbp=about-cryptocats.html) were deployed before the version that everyone FOMO’d into and claimed a week ago. The only difference between this version and the version slightly newer is that the original developers charged 0.8 ETH for the newer version instead of 0.08 ETH for the version deployed 3 minutes earlier. The people who brought this to me say they intend to work on a wrapper and UI for the CryptoCats. They also say as of this time there are around 300 left in their estimation.
